Cuillius
Ailill's charioteer, who steals Fergus's sword to give Ailill a sign about Medb, and is later killed by a stone.
Overview
Ailill sends Cuillius to watch Medb and Fergus, and he finds them together at Cluithre, draws Fergus's sword from its sheath and brings it back as proof. Ailill and Cuillius grin at each other, and Ailill says Medb does it to keep Fergus's help on the Táin. Cúchulainn kills him with a stone while he is washing the bands of his chariot wheels in a ford, which is named for him. Kinsella's note says he reappears late in the tale, when Fergus recovers his sword.
Here is your sign. I discovered them sleeping together as you thought.
