Lochu
A bondmaid of Medb, killed by Cúchulainn with two sling-stones when he mistakes her for Medb.
Overview
Lochu goes to fetch water, surrounded by a troop of many women, and Cúchulainn mistakes her for Medb. He shoots two stones at her from Sliab Cuinciu and kills her on the plain in Cuailnge. The place is known as Réid Locha, Lochu’s level ground.
