Mugain
Conchobor's wife, who leads the women of Emain out to bare their breasts at Cúchulainn and stop his rage.
Overview
Cúchulainn comes back to Emain with three heads, a live stag and a flock of swans, and threatens to spill the blood of the whole court unless a man is found to fight him. Conchobor says to send naked women out, and Mugain goes at their head and the women strip their breasts at him. He hides his face, the warriors seize him and plunge him into three vats of water, and when he comes out Mugain gives him a blue cloak with a silver brooch and a hooded tunic.
These are the warriors you must struggle with today
